Terms of Use

1. The service

PoopGoMaster provides gut-health logging, optional AI scan insights, gamification (streaks, achievements), social features, and optional paid Pro features. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or share others’ private content without permission.
• Upload illegal, exploitative, or highly inappropriate content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service (except where law allows).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in social features.
• Use the App as a substitute for professional medical care.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create (logs, photos, messages you send). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you use (including sharing with recipients you choose).

You represent that you have the rights to content you upload and that it does not violate others’ rights or the law.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features (such as Pro) are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, billing period, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple under your Apple ID settings and Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

We may change Pro features or pricing prospectively; Apple will show current pricing before you subscribe.

7. Not medical advice

Insights, tips, roasts, and analyses are for information and entertainment only. They are not medical advice and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Seek professional care for symptoms or health decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The App, website, branding, and software are owned by PoopGoMaster or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

9. Third-party services

The App and site may rely on third parties (for example Apple, cloud hosting). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POOPGOMASTER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the operator of PoopGoMaster is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
